Beds like cement. Beat up rooms. Had to look at two rooms to find one that was acceptable. Was told buy management that it was a non-refundable hotel and to find a room I liked. Would never stay there again

This was quite possibly the worst hotel stay I ever experienced. When I checked in I was on an urgent call and was about to make a presentation to an international audience on zoom. There was no one in line, but the woman behind the desk took 15 mins on the phone without helping me. When I got my key, she said I needed to sign some paperwork (I dont know why she didn't have me sign it while I was there if it was so important). When I finished my call, I went downstairs and the office was locked and there was no one around. I realized I forgot my toothbrush and went out to get one. When I got back, my door was locked. The woman at the front desk (Ty) shut off my access because I did not sign the paperwork. They had a number to call for help when the key was not working, but no one picked up. I had no choice but to sleep in my car in the 45 degree weather. I got up every hour or so until the woman (Ty) finally picked up around 4:30 am. I was obviously upset. Ty was the one on call and she refused to acknowledge that it could be her fault that she did not pick up.
On top of the horrible service, the hotel smells awful. I cant image what might be causing that smell in the lobby. The odor in my room was so bad that I had to open the window in the cold to let in fresh air. There was also public hair and urine on the toilet and pubic hair on the sheets. Almost every piece of furniture in the room was broken. The heat did not go on above a certain temperature.

Good stay
Affordable stay with no frills. The first room I was shown was not acceptable due to cleanliness and damage, but then the staff allowed me to choose another. The room I chose had some damage (end stand missing shelf and wrong microwave glass so it would not spin correctly) but overall it was good. The staff were great. The hotel is a bit noisy at various times. Seems like many people are living there rather than just extended stays, I heard then doing monthly room inspections.

Front deak seemed annoyed whenever you asked question. They seemed closed off and provided the bare minimum no genuine hospitality.

This was the worst experience. There no refund once you get there. Change the rooms 4 times was ridiculous rooms not clean trash still in there rooms. Beds was not made up. There no couch in the room like was supposed be. The bed was not a king size. There no dishes in the rooms. It just was a terrible experience. Which I would like some type of refund. Also I will not return to the place ever again.
