์์ ๋๋ฌ์ด ๊ธฐ๋ถ ๋ฐ๋๋ค. It is Hotel in a very good location,and with very good view,but due to a reaction of a single staff,let's me think,how bad this hotel is. I was parking out my car for about 2 hours for a trip in Hamburg,and I got a another special ticket. The staff didn't tell me how to use this ticket,and because that he didn't tell me how to use this ticket,I had a very bad...or I mean the worst reservation staff I've ever met. I wanted to come in to the parking lot again,and pulled an other ticket due to its instruction with no further information. Then I noticed when I was here last time about a year ago,I used this ticket to come in. Then I informed this to the rude hotel staff. My son can speak German fluently,and I requested him to explain him the problem. But he didn't help me and only said the same thing over and over.Then,when I was mad enough,I went back to my room,and on the way the hotel staff says:"what kind of damm kind of child is it" Due to its reaction,I called the other reservation staff with the phone. She helped me and informed me how to solve this problem. I was really mad and angry about this reaction. I wish I'd see him not to see him on the hotel again.He was the staff who worked at the 25th of April,2019 around 20:15.
