Our stay was for 1ngt for Chinese lunar so we could mix with the festivities the hotel was lovely staff where great room was nice and quiet and comfortable cleanliness was very good but imo could do with a make over but on the whole very nice stay oh also tv could do with a few western channels

This was a beautiful property and was more than I expected. The staff was very nice. I did not like that I requested a higher floor and they said the hotel was booked and they did not have extra rooms. However, when they gave me a 2nd floor room, none of those rooms were ready, the bell attendant and I walked on the floor and saw all doors open and the maid service was in the middle of cleaning them all, so they had to give me a room on the third floor.

Honest review. It’s old, it’s not horrible there is some faded and out dated furniture is some of the rooms it looks like they have done upgrades to the rooms but the hotel is not great it’s poorly designed elevators are tiny we called front desk because we ran out or toilet paper they showed up 2 hours later called for luggage service nobody answered just not a place I would stay at again. Pattaya has many decent places for a decant price unless ur desperate I would keep lokking

Horrible place !!!

This place is absolutely awful: We had to change our room because it smelled like vomit (this was the smell that woke up us in the morning) and the bed was tainted with blood (apparently they don’t care that much on checking how the sheets are left by the previous hosts). The whole hotel feels dirty, the walls and the furnitures are dirty, not to mentioned the common areas such as the lobby and the elevator (it was so dirty and smelled that bad that we always preferred to take the stairs). When we changed our room the cleaner hurried us up in a very unfriendly way to get out of it.

Lying managers and chaos at the checkin

Unfortunaly so even if the rooms were good so the service given was terrible. Especially because the manager lied and tried all kind of things to just make our request go away. After a checkin that took over 1h the problem had just started. We got a room that was already occupied and they even tried to deliver our luggage to that room, only pure luck that one of our friend saw it and could intervene. Rooms are good, but hold on to your luggage and don't trust the managers.
