When i arrived to check in, my access card can't be used at all, i went down and up from the room to the receptionist counter multiple times with my leg tiring out, i was very tired from melaka. Then, my card can be also be used to another room and this is very dangerous, also the cleaner just enterered our room w/o our permission, it's so uncomfortable...

Overall normal, just feel that the air-conditioning might used too long and never clean, stay 1 night start running nose and cough, feel dusty on the bedsheets as well.
