Staff are very helpful. I know i am in a smoking room but the smell in room can be better. Breakfasts are free but choices of food items served could be better and more Japanese-style. Breakfast space is a little crowded. Otherwise the stay is worth the money. Location is good for dining options and transportation is easy.

This accommodation was great and the breakfast was excellent. My only negative feedback was that the room was a bit smelly of cigarette smoke and you could smell people smoking from their rooms. We needed just 1 night to stay over after arriving from the airport, before moving along to kyoto. We wanted somewhere cheap but comfortable and This hotel certainly met this criteria. Close enough to the station (anywhere closer was more expensive) and comfy beds in nice clean rooms. Free breakfast was very tasty. Just right.

Good location within walking distance to Ningyocho and Suitengumae subway stations, from which you can access Ginza, Shibuya, and other central Tokyo locations. Room is small but functional. Good value for money. Only “issue” is there is only one elevator so you have to wait a few minutes to go down.

The hotel was very comfortable with the small room, you’re very close to Ginza and 30min (walk) to Akihabara. The tokyo railway station for local and JR lines are also very close making transport super easy! The staff were lovely plus you get free breakfast too!

I stayed at this place at the beginning and at the end of my Japan trip and would absolutely recommend it. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, everything was really nice. In terms of sustainability there is some room for improvement though (no clean towels everyday needed, “normal“, re-usable plates at breaksfast are not provided every day).
