A lot of the staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately the Manageress lied to us about needing our room for maintenance due to flooding, the hotel had clearly overbooked. The alternative accommodation offered was of a very poor standard. No apologies were given.

Bad weather can't ruined an amazing hotel.
Amazing customer service from Claudette went out of her way to help us with every question we had. Credit to the hotel. In the restaurant the service was first class with Thérèse who was very welcoming.

Hotel agreable mais malhereusement le service est insuffisant voir tres insuffisant. Le petit dejeuner est tres leger et si vous arrivez tardivement ...... Le point le plus desagreable est l insonorisatiln des chambres tres mediocre. Si par malheur vous avez des voisins bruillant dur dd trouvez le sommeil.

Un hôtel très agréable au bord du l'eau turquoise (le lagon). Le personnel est sympathique et efficace. Le seul B mol, le buffet du soir se laisse vraiment désirer (tous les viandes et poissons sont en sauce). Pour avoir le wi-fi il faut aller à la réception. C'est dommage. A part de ça j'ai beaucoup aimé.

Hotel correct
Hotel agréable dommage que la piscine soit verte il semble qu'elle ait été un peu négligée. Le personnel est très gentil mais il ne faut pas être pressé. J'ai signale une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain le matin de mon arrivée, la réparation a été tentée le lendemain pour finalement me changer de chambre en fin de journée. Dans la nouvelle chambre la ménage avait été fait un peu rapidement (notamment les toilettes) j'ai dû attendre après le dîner du soir pour récupérer une chambre enfin nettoyée. Les chambres sont très confortables. Dommage que la plage proche ne soit pas nettoyée, mais l'île regorge de plages superbes. Et les Rodrigais sont absolument adorables.

Nous avons passé cinq jours dans ce bel hôtel confortable et très bien placé, le chef prépare un menu différent chaque jour, la cuisine a du goût. Le personnel est discret, aimable et serviable.C’est une belle destination pour se reposer et découvrir une île adorable, propre et tranquille. La population discrète elle aussi au premier abord est tout aussi accueillante. Nous reviendrons à Rodrigues

Très peu acceuillant,chambre peu propre très sale dessous le lit par exemple, pas de changement de serviettes réelles ils remettent les mêmes. Pas d explication à l arrivée des différentes possibilités d excursion , pas de carte de rodrigues, repas simple et buffet salade avec un goût type nettoyage des légumes avec un produit donnant un mauvais goût aux crudités, repas variant très peu et petit dej très très simple . Bref une vraie expérience très moyenne .
