Great Stay
Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck.

Quarto pedido para 3 pessoas , onde na descrição informaria sofá-cama , e era apenas sofá. Pessima dormida. Quarto pedido para 3 pessoas, só tinha 2 toalhas , dois lençóis e não tinha toalha de chão. Solicitei esse material na recepção e os mesmo informaram que eu tinha que buscar. Eu não tenho o que buscar algo que não é erro meu. Estava todo molhado e ninguém levou no quarto. Banheiro sem nenhum suporte para shampoo, sabonetes , toalhas e muito menos para papel higiênico. Não tinha nem sabonete oferecido no quarto. Paguei $150 reais para tomarmos um café horrível. Cheguei. 6;40 da manhã no café: -Todas as frutas estavam verdes. - Ovos que é o mais básico de qualquer café chegou apenas às 7:20 - assim que cheguei solicitei 2 tapiocas e 1 omelete e NADA chegou. Sai às 7:30 aguardando e nada do café chegar. - Quiche estava gelado Um desastre

Má administração
Não tinha coberta no quarto. Liguei pedindo na recepção. O atendente me disse que tinha coberta mas não poderia deixar a recepção por estar sozinho. Me vesti, desci e eles estam em três pessoas. Achei falta de empatia com os clientes. Pedi mais travesseiros já que os questão no quarto eram ruins e bem finos. Nova negativa. O hotel não possui travesseiros extras. O café da manhã é terceirizado. No primeiro dia não havia manteiga. Pedi à atendente que me trouxe uma única manteiga. No dia seguinte foi pior. Outra vê sem manteiga. Pedi a manteiga e a resposta foi que o fornecedor não havia enviado. Lamentável. Entendo que o espaço do café seja tercerizado, mas quem escolhe o fornecedor do serviço é o hotel. Portanto corresponsável. Essa é a terceira vez que ficamos no Hy Beach e notamos que só tem piorado.
