Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service from the hotel supervisor Bobby and front desk receptionist Helen. Their customer service made my family felt like home. My family and I made plans for massage services, Helen was able to accommodate us quickly and I am talking about within couple hours. Overall, my family and I were super satisfied with our stay. "Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel but very still very affordable. Modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and many amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included with our room and were delicious and plentiful. Very close access to the beach and many great eateries nearby. Fabulous infinity pool on top floor with a bar and magnificent city and beach views.
Tour companies happy to pick up at this hotel for Hoi An and Bana Hills day trips. Staff were professional, courteous and very helpful, assisting us with train station pickup and airport drop off for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
