Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! This was a very nice hotel different themed floors and great staff who were very helpful. Very close to the different Christmas markets and Karlsplatz in the opera house. Would definitely stay here again
When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.
This is a lovely hotel in the baroque style that really makes you feel like you're in Old Vienna. Our room was very large and very clean, as was the bathroom. The hotel is in the heart of the Ring and virtually all sites and shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
