"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. . Few things that can be improved are that the ventilation and air flow in the lobby, rooms and common areas very low and definitely needs more air . Also breakfast should be more diverse and not same options every day. But overall the hotel is Very Good . Will probably come back next time we visit...

"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing.
Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.
Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.
Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.

"Great mineral pools, great massage, incredible restaurant quality of food and service. My only complaint is that the mattresses are like a ROCK for the king sized rooms. It completely negated the lovely result of the massage and my body was in pain."
