POOR CUTOMER RELATIONS
Trip was booked through Hotels.com and I have the reservation confirmation with me. I reserved a room for 2 days. Again I had the confirmation with me. My family and I went tto the events we wanted to see on Saturday and when we came back my card would not work.
I went to the front desk and asked if they could rescan the card because it does not work.
The front desk clerk decided to berate me and told me I did not tell them I was staying two days. I just happened to have the confirmation paper on me and I showed him. He then said that it was my responsibility to tell them when I checked in and paid for my room that I was going to stay for the two days. I asked why I should have to since I had a confirmation of two days. He again became very aggrivated with me and told me that it is always the customers responsibility to tell the front desk what my plans are for the next day. I take this as I am supposed to tell them when and where I am going. I asked if that was correct. His response is that it is the customers responsibiliyu to tell the front desk what their plans are.
I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING A ROOM FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT
