Worst front office staff I've ever experience. No one came to the front desk until after 5-10 minutes of knocking. When she finally did show up, she yelled at me and would not grant me the room that I had prebooked. She called me a bad person and threatened to call the police - only for me asking for the room that I had already paid for. I will call my credit card to make sure I was not charged. I had to drive down the street and find a new room. Terrible customer service!
