The facility and room were clean. The breakfast was plentiful and a good assortment. Room was clean upon arrival and nicely appointed. Kitchen had essentials for cooking. We stayed for 10 days and it was enjoyable and nice. Only issue with us was no sun in pool and hot tub area.

Our stay has been nice and relaxing. Our son had few appts at Phx Children Hospital and the hotel is so convenient because is close by. We got the studio king size kitchen/bath accessible for our son who is on wheelchair and the room is so spacious no trouble for him to move around. We like the breakfast that is provided and everything tasted good.

It had convenient access to freeways. I understand they only clean the rooms once a week, but it was silly they cleaned our room the day before we left! It would be nice to have the garbage emptied and clean towels delivered and the dirty towels taken out of the room. The front desk was very willing to give out linens and garbage liners. Nice front desk people and the kitchen people were nice.
