Very lovely hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Great having a free airport shuttle although it seemed to take forever to arrive at airport to pick up the passengers. Also, no one would answer the telephone at hotel, kept calling for half an hour until I finally gave up.

Rocky start but overall good stay.
Check in was terrible as i received a text at 3:06 telling me my room was ready and when we arrived 15 minutes later it was not. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm so this was unacceptable. Last behind the desk was not friendly and although they did find a room for my family 10 minutes later, it didn't leave a great first impression. The room itself was fine and the beds comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. For a one night stay out did the trick.

Convenient hotel to airport
Great hotel to stay at when leaving on an early morning flight out of Toronto. Staff was very friendly, approachable and helpful. Only complaint I have is the parking lot. With the amount of snow Toronto received the week prior, it was difficult to find a parking spot that didn’t have snow banks around it from a vehicle that had been parked in it for an extended period of time and the parking lot was treacherous to walk through so not good for those with disabilities. If the hotel offers long term parking while flying out, I think they should cordon off the rear of the parking lot for that. There were many vehicles close to the entrance that had snow banks around them and covered in snow which makes it difficult for property maintenance to clear the grounds.
