This property is old. And not in a good way. The carpet is filthy and stained. The place smells of stale cigarettes and stagnant water. The bathrooms are too tight. Barely any room to stand and open the door. The furniture is old and smelly. The reception area needs a lot of attention. It’s as if you’re checking into post office or some cheap motel. For the price, you could stay at many places in Istanbul that are much better. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee is powdered. Not fresh. The juice tastes like Tang. And they would charge you €5 for a glass of fresh squeezed juice. The cheese and the meats look like they’ve been sitting on the plates for hours with no refrigeration. All in all, terrible experience. The staff were nice and helpful. But I think they are working with very little.
