Nice hotel, nice room. Bathtub had some issues with the tub flaking off the bottom and the shower head wouldn’t turn to any other spray pattern, but the bed was awesome, and very nice employees.

Can't exp much here
After havingnhas a long day I check in just fine and head to my room. Only once I get to my room it turns out someone was in that room still and had to wait for the front desk to figure it out and find a new room for me to stay in. Once in the new room I find the tv doesn't work, try to take a.shower only to figure out they are completely out of hot water or simply was not hookup to that room I'm the last person who expects to be waited.on hand and foot so I just got some work done and passed out. This is truly an example of getting what you pay for.

First of all I want to say how very grateful I am for the kind staff at this property. The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. I was traveling alone recently and extremely tired. The young woman at the desk actually ran to the rooms to help find me a clean one early so I could rest. Words cannot describe how very grateful I am for her act of kindness. It was cold out and a bad ice storm was coming! The city was soon covered and everyone was stuck in. The staff was very accommodating with guests extending their stays, as well as with late checkout due to the weather. I will continue to return here as my top pick bc of these actions whenever I visit Omaha. Thank you for all your kind help Super 8 W. Dodge staff, y'all are the best in the O!

The worst ever
The room smelled of mildew upon entry. The bathroom was horrible. Mold on the ceiling with parts of the drywall breaking off. The faucet on the tub was hanging. There was hair all over the floor and urine running down the side of the toilet. The towels were heavily stained. In the main room, the linings were burned with what i assume a cigarette, not to mention the sheets were clearly dirty. Then i accidently left my phone charger in the room. When i called they initially said i could go back and grab it, but when she asked what room i was in she changed her mind and told me id have to wait till the next day and to speak to the mgr. Ridiculous!

Conditions
I wanted 4 nights. I have atayed at this location over the years. This was first time i have ever seen condityon inside so horrible. The tub was so scary dirty looking. I stayed 1 night, ran around all day the next day to find other lodging. I did not use the last 2 nights. Wire from tv was attached to surge plug. Ice machine looked like mold and puke on outside of it. I was reyshocked because the name super 8 was always meant dor me safe, secure, price friendly and CLEAN

This was a joke asked for 2 beds got 1. Yalked with the staff at the front desk and he said he was just the night auditor and couldnt help. The plumbling made the loadest sounds thta you could image. The walls were missing paint everywhere.

The walls and shower are showing their age, but the room was clean. There were two basics that I missed: 1) a glass/cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth and/or getting a drink; 2) a complementary pen--I forgot to bring one and needed one. There was a major thing that I missed: an elevator. With two replaced hips and some bad arthritis, it was difficult carrying my bag up the steps. The staff were very friendly--one of the housekeeping persons went and got me a few cups to use. Very much appreciated.
