Good Stay (just outside town)- Hard Bed
It is about a 15 minute walk down into town. You walk through the back streets of Queretaro and see how the locals live. The hotel has all the basics. Hot water, clean, service. The staff was hospitable. The only thing I can comment on was that the beds are really hard to sleep on. Otherwise for the price this was a nice hotel if one is okay to be outside town.

Great welcoming staff. Kudos to Saul and the rest. Cute rooms with a view to the city. To get Downtown you just walk around the corner and descend for fifteen minutes. Safe city good hotel, free parking.

The hotel price was high for what it offers, no coffee, cash only, cleanliness was ok, the area around is a little lonely, it's like 15 minutes walk to the downtown, I probably wouldn't pick it again.

The staff is very friendly, they helped me booking my bus ticket while my credit card didnt work online. The place is walkable from town center, about 15 mins walk thru alleys and there is a oXXo convenient store just 4 mins walk away. room can be noisy if it faces the road. mine is not. but it does get cold at night in Dec. They have plenty extra blankets. there is also a trailhead only 12 mins walk away, then you can go on a 2 mil loop to get to a big cross at the top of the hill. The hotel also has balconies that i sit every evening to watch the sunset. :) i had a pleasant stay. thank you!

Habitación sucia y muy mal ubicada, la ventana da a una cochera que utilizan como bodega. Se le solicitó al propietario, si nos podía cambiar a otra habitación que aparecía con el mismo costo en la app, pero la respuesta fue que solo si pagábamos $250 más. Muy mal hotel, no lo recomiendo. No entiendo por qué su evaluación en Expedía, es buena?

Si bien el lugar se encuentra cerca del centro, no parece sencillo trasladarse caminando. Aún así, es un lugar que vale la pena por la cercanía y porque la relación calidad-precio es justa. El mayor contra es el ruido de los automóviles si tu habitación es del lado de la calle pero la vista desde ahí es linda. El mayor pro es la atención del recepcionista, hablando de Saúl específicamente. Siempre estuvo atento a las inquietudes y solicitudes de nosotros sus huéspedes. Muy buena experiencia en general. ¡Gracias!
