Terrible service. Do NOT recommend.
I do NOT recommend this hotel. I’ll start with the good: nice property. Room was great size and bed very comfortable. Great for kids with kids club you can check your kids into. Clean. Good was fine. Drinks ok.
The reason I’ll never stay there again:
The front desk staff are rude and NOT helpful at all. Had to make a reservation for the restaurants but when we got there we were unable to make any reservations they said none had any availability. Talked to “guest services” who did not help us and had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Finally offered us 1 restaurant for the day we were leaving 5 days later and they had our info pulled up so they knew we had to checkout that day. Went to the restaurants to try get a table and they had more empty tables then full tables and still refused give us a table. Buffet food ok but a restaurant would have been a nice change.
I’m a believer in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it” but want others to know this before they decide to stay there.
