Hotel off of the Expressway
When we arrived the clerk had trouble identifying my reservation. Attempted to charge me after I already paid through Hotel.com. Once we finally made it to our room we noticed the toilet was not cleaned and the lock to the door was broken off. We were then provided another room in which the toilet also wasn’t cleaned and there was a roach crawling on the wall in the washroom. Since we got in so late we stayed the night by placing all of our items closed on the table. The next morning I asked the cleaning lady for some cleaning items so I could clean the toilet and we left that morning even though I had booked it for a two day stay. My husband said my expectations should not have been so high since the hotel was off of the expressway.

This place need to be shut down
This place needs to be shut down by the health department. They refuse to clean and respond to their guest. I walked into a room that was supposed to cleaner than the last room they gave me, but had blood all over the place. As a result, I wasn’t on the property for long and still was charge. The pictures they advertise DO NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT THEY WILL ASK YOU TO STAY IN. Buyer beware!!!

It was obvious the bathroom had been marginally cleaned. Toilet paper was lacking and not a full complement of towels. We had to ask for the usual towels.

Might stay with adults only next time
Pool was out of service until further notice. This was not noted on website when booking. Small updates have been made but overall cleanliness was not good. Dirty towels were hanging on our shower curtain (they blended in because they were all white). Back of toilet was not clean and behind bathroom doors were dirty. Crumbs were in the pullout sofa.
