DO NOT STAY HERE! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! My t.v. didn't work & they refused to fix it. Then had the AUDACITY to tell me I was walking around too late when they had literal homeless tweakers housed there.

There was no peace and quiet here. It was an old building with old windows that did not block much of the surrounding traffic, planes, people, and explosive noises.. The area did not feel safe, and I wondered in the morning if my car would still be there.

This was not a hotel. This is an apartment complex turned motel. Not clean!

The room smelled very stale. The dresser was broken and the maroon carpet is from 1970. Never coming back

Disgusting
This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely disgusting. The ONLY redeeming quality is that it’s walking distance to SoFi.

Location is great
Went to see a show at SoFi stadium and the walk is incredibly close. That was the main reason for staying here, to avoid waiting hours to get out of the SoFi parking lot or wait for an Uber. You need to be aware of what you’re signing up for. It did not feel clean enough to be able to relax. I made sure to bring my own sanitizing spray and pillowcase/sheets. Staff was nice and accommodating, but the property itself is what you’d expect from a motel.

DO NOT GO!
The hotel was disgusting, there were cockroaches everywhere. The pillows were tiny, there was no hot water. The place was in disrepair, they wouldn't give more than two small towels. Parking is difficult at best. other tenants live there, and the windows are not sealed, they are always open so you can hear all the conversations.

Dirty. Loud.smelled of urine. Lots of people clearly under illegal substance influence. Tiny specks of blood on wall. People definitely shoot up in there. Location was terrible. The hot water faucet was broken and water was cold. Did not get my money back

Don't waste money here. RUN DON'T STAY HERE Very loud music playing live band at night until midnight on Sunday night, cross street bar. Heavy traffic very loud car, bus, motorcycle, emergency vehicle and loud jet coming in for landing day and night, can't get good night sleep. Parking is joke. front parking very limit space, but parking in rear you have to call in-open on your personal cellphone to office entry and exit metal gate on property. Front desk girl is to busy on her cellphone talk to her friend and instance help customer. This place is joke. Not Motel or Hotel or Inns. "Plus this is under new management" never spent your money here. "RUN" save your money, don't stay here.

Filthy Death Trap
Staff is very nice. The room was filthy. It was advertised as non-smoking but there were cigarette butts in the sink drain. Two cockroaches (live) greeted us during our stay. The sheet covering the box spring has brown stains. Lamp shade was broken and filthy. Fire alarm had been removed (see photo). The electrical panel with the breakers exposed had been painted over several times. They had installed a hanging light fixture in the first room of the two room area and had exposed wiring connections outside of an electrical junction box. It’s noisy - which is to be expected at a location so close to the airport- but the gun shots heard in the night were a little unnerving. The sink was pulled away from the wall. Inside of fridge was dirty. There had been a water leak at some point, which damaged the floor near the fridge and created separations in the flooring. I would not recommend staying here.
Missing fire alarm
Wiring connections made outside of junction box. One pull on that wire and you may have an electrocution issue.
Nasty and dilapidated door
Broken and dirty lamp shade

Right off the bat, this proved to be an unsafe area. I pulled into the “parking lot” and there were numerous people surrounding the “hotel” that were on drugs. The front desk worker has a plexiglass situation going on, which to me suggested he felt unsafe in this environment as well. Anyway, I checked in and went to my room to find a comforter that had holes throughout it as if someone tore it up and a lightbulb in the bathroom that seemed to be covered in blood. The toilet also had holes in it which was disturbing and the toilet paper roll was half used. I saw a “house keeping” woman, but wondered if anyone had been in our room to clean it out? The bathroom also had this lingering smell of old piss and a dirty towel over the shower. For the 45 minutes that we decided to stay in the hotel room, we heard violent yelps from what seemed like a woman being harassed right outside the room. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. P.S. decided to not stay the night and drove home instead and was not offered a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have stayed here at least five times over the years and I have to say it has gone down. At one time it had a bohemian vibe and was an inexpensive choice close to the airport. I didn’t mind that it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s because it added to the atmosphere. But now it’s just rundown and has nothing To offer. The bar is gone, the restaurant is gone, the clientele is now deadbeats and degenerates. But by far the WORST aspect was the staff. Rude and disrespectful. I had booked a two night stay but as I was leaving the parking facility (another nightmare) I had to call to be let out. The manager begins screaming at me that I need to be out by 11 despite being paid through the next day. He demanded that I leave before 11 or he would put my things out. I didn’t sweat it, went to breakfast and came back at 10:45. I was calm but he wasn’t. He was soon demanding I leave right then. I asked him to check my reservation one more time and he kept the same attitude but now he was demanding I leave tomorrow. I just shook my head and walked away. Thought it couldn’t get worse but it did. When I returned later in the evening I went to my door and used my key but it didn’t work. I figured it had been demagnetized so I just went back to the front desk and told the lady on duty what was going on. She informed me that their policy was that all “guests” have to have their keys reset every day of their stay! WHAT?? Ridiculous and highly insulting.
