Amazing gem of a hotel
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else than the Ter Brugge in Brugge, we have stayed quite a few times now and we are regulars to the hotel. This hotel is one of a kind that is why we always chose to go back. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and will do anything for you, the bed is world class and so comfy, the location is perfect and with it being by the side of the canal is so picturesque, the hotel just has so much Brugge charm that we love. We couldn’t recommend the Ter Brugge enough for how amazing it is. Until next time Ter Brugge !!!

Young crew upon arrival, could use a touch up in their approach/knowledge. The experienced staff were very cordial and welcoming. The hotel could use a little TLC on broken carpets in stairs etc.

I highly recommend this hotel. The quality for money is excellent. I loved the authentic feel of this hotel- nothing about it was "cookie-cutter", The rooms were traditionally appointed in their decor yet all of the modern amenities were provided. The beds and linens were comfortable. The view of the canal was an added bonus and the adorable city center of Bruges was mere minutes away.

Great stay and great and helpfull staff, breakfast was also good. A very minor comment on our room the shower was in the bath and you are not able to stand up to have a shower, it would be better to have a showerhead mount higher up to have this option. Otherwise all good, would stay again
