El hotel tiene lineas telefonicas que nunca contestan. Ascensores en mal estado. Habitaciones viejas pero comodas. Habia una cucaracha en mi habitacion. Toca ir al lobby para organizar todo. Los del manteniento se demoran en llegar. El buffet siempre lleno, para todo una fila. El bar de la alberca se queda sin vasos para atender y es desesperante hacer una fila larga para que al final te digan que ya no tienem vasos. Personas en general amables.

My wife and I had a wonderful time minus some hiccups that one of the managers Mr. Martin graciously fixed for us, offering a free upgrade and later check out service. The food not too good, but we didn’t starve lol. The beach was amazing! Customer service friendly and helpful.

We had some issues on our first day but a manager named Jose Martin corrected the issues and offered us an upgrade and asked if there was any other way to help us. We appreciated this so much because he took a personal interest in our comfort. We recommend staying here, the view alone is worth the trip.

Terrible two nights, first check in is like a holiday camp, we had booked a king bed as I am 6ft wife 6”2 both athletic but was told sorry all gone come back at 7am in morning see what we can do. Then dinner lol so they have an Italian you can only book that morning at 7am where people make lines to book it I don’t think due to it being amazing but any option from the other two crap holes they call restaurants so as I asked so if staying one night here you can’t eat in the Italian as check in 3pm and sold out by 7am so unless a Time Machine in hand your out of luck lol omg like a tiny salad are and then all the food is marked wrong pork where it says chicken etc very little options and was sick twice in two days from the food, the rooms basic and old plus gaps above and below doors so can hear everything all over the shower area is gross looks like you could catch something from in there. The pool nice non stop drinks and good levels not just the cheep stuff but doesn’t help this place in anyway.

This Hotel has a terrible problem:Food. Good things? location, big property, several shops, nice night shows, Pharmacy, ATM, balcony rack, free parking, hard working people!. Now, its dated, ok not a big deal but, Food ! They state that you have to go down at 7am in order to get a reservation for any of the 3 restaurants, a big NO in any vacation. You could get one, if lucky ! Wanna avoid this? pay a Premium Pkg ( i thought it was All Inclusive ) the so called 24 hrs. Snacks Station ? Last Wednesday was empty , non-food at all, the whole day. The Coffee Machine works at 50% ( either ran out or needs cleaning ), no paper napkins nor kitchen paper to be found. The buffet saloons ? very messy bays very !, often disgusting ( I know, guests should be more, disciplined, but still ), empty bays for long times. Average, simple dishes as fries or hot dogs ? nothing. When you buy in an All Inclusive, its supposed to include certain things as givens, regular and constant and average dishes and options. Well, the management in this property, needs to rethink about this main aspect of the operation. "We don't have enough personnel now for cleaning, but if you give her something and agree with her about your cleaning"..(no sir, we wont, that's not how it works, btw, we always set our beds and keep our rooms spotless in every trip, so, another big NO ) As for the constant pitching to buy "shares", we understand it. We have our ways to say no. But pls, fix The Food operation!

I've visited this area over 20 times, staying at different resorts, and unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing trips. The resort itself was great for the price, and the food and drinks were about what I expected at this price point. However, aside from three or four staff members, the service was surprisingly poor. Many of the staff were extremely rude, despite the fact that I always tip. Housekeeping never showed up one day, even after I requested service twice. When I called down to at least get fresh towels, no one ever came. One of the main reasons I vacation in Quintana Roo is the exceptional hospitality, but this time, the experience fell far short of the 10/10 service I’ve come to expect. While I appreciate the resort’s value, the service issues on this trip were disappointing enough that I’d think twice before return. If you visit this resort the girl at the front desk was great along with a few servers, the bellhop, and the bartender by the upstairs pool!

First day of check in a mishap with our room happened. The room we booked and paid for was not available whatsoever and did not tell why. They continue to put us in a room which was not ocean view, and not what expected when they told us it was an upgrade. The variety of food was not good, and also the special restaurants to reserve for dinner was not any better. The food seem like they bought frozen food from a store and preheated. I was expecting more of an authentic and fresh cultural food but most of the food especially from the restaurants were not impressive. No offense but you don’t get what you pay for, and felt like we were cheated. We will not be going here again.

El hotel es viejo. Tiene fallas de mantenimiento como por ejemplo, una bisagra de la puerta estaba sujetada muy improvisadamente. Huele a humedad. Las opciones de comida son súper limitadas. En el desayuno, comida y cena bufet, tienes 3 opciones de guisado además de las clásicas guarniciones. Las cenas con reserva vale la pena mucho el restaurante italiano, tal vez mi mejor comida fue ahí. El mexicano es bueno también pero las porciones son muy pequeñas. Si esperas un todo incluido de calidad, este lugar no es. En los bares de las albercas no tienen bebidas de calidad o reconocidas. El tequila es genérico, vodka ni siquiera es oso negro. No hay ginebra. Es decir que si esperas pedir una marca para tu bebida, olvídalo. Solo en el bar de lobby, medianamente puedes encontrar algo de calidad. Los snacks son de baja calidad y a pesar de ello, es lo más rico que puedes encontrar. Creo que no vale la pena hospedarse en este hotel. Claro que para subir de nivel deberás gastar más pero tal vez será lo adecuado si quieres tener una mejor experiencia. Eso sí, la playa es increíble. Realmente fue lo mejor.

El hotel está super viejo y los cuartos mugrosos. El lobby se ve muy bonito y tiene una vista hermosa, pero pues como la mayoria de hoteles en cancun. Las llaves se desactivan al tenerlas cerca de tarjetas y celulares y tienes que ir a cada rato a activarlas aunque la traigas en una bolsita separada es dificil que no se desactiven. Los buffets tienen casi puro cerdo, no hay carnes y pollo solamente ponen piernas. Muy pobres los buffets para lo mucho que se paga por noche. Tiene restaurantes a los que puedes ir en la tarde pero solo con reservación y solo puedes reservar yendo a recepcion ese mismo dia a las 7 am a hacer fila… te piden codigo de vestimenta segun para entrar, pantalon, camisa y zapato cerrado. Mi novio llevó todo eso y al llegar al restaurante todos los demás hombres andaban en shorts y chanclas. Hasta mujeres traian chanclas y yo pregunté si era necesario que yo tambien llevara zapato cerrado y dijeron que si. Lo unico bueno fue la comida del restaurante de mariscos. En general no me gustó el hotel, todo lo de barra tambien malísimo los que atienden no saben hacer tragos, no son bartenders como que son personas que contratan para cualquier cosa y los ponen en barra. Tienen pura cerveza corona, malísima. La barra que es 24 hrs solo tiene 1 mesero y de noche se llena de turistas que van a salir o vienen llegando y para que te atiendan es una filota. Puedes encontrar un hotel de mejor calidad por ese mismo precio.
