It was the first day we arrived in Casablanca. We got a room and then I found that there was a broken mirror on the clothset so I notified the staff and requested for a new room. This hotel is perfectly situated near many of the points of interest in central Casablanca. There is a terrific pastry shop directly across the street, and other essentials nearby. The staff are very helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves in the small bar-cocktail lounge. In addition, the hotel honoured a credit for rooms we booked just before the pandemic. This was more than fair on their part. We would stay here again.

I will never book here again.
This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had to date. From my bookings not being updated as requested to phone calls from staff after 1am to request proof of marriage (a practice that has since been abolished and either way was not acceptable to contact and wake clients at this time for anything other than an emergency). I am disgusted by how we have been treated, the lack of professionalism and management has been abhorrent. We will be formally complaining to the British consulate, and Kenzi Group, as well as sharing this experience online.

The bedding had a stale smell to it. If we were not so tired with flights and travel. It would have been difficult to have slept. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. But the service and attitude of the staff was too notch. I could not fault their helpfulness.

Wouldn’t a second time
Though the hotel was good enough to let me check in early, I also had to note that I had written them twice by email to ask about their hotel transfer service from the airport. I showed the guy at the desk and he had no answer. Service is hotel restaurant was very slow and they were out of a lot of (most?) items. Breakfast was plentiful but not very good.
