We enjoyed our stay and found the property clean and the accommodations were spacious and included a full kitchen. The location in Georgetown was safe and fun and includes restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. nearby. We parked our car close by and ubered everywhere. Our only complaint is that the wood nightstands and kitchen cabinets were a little worn. We will stay at this property again if we return to Washington DC.

Great location and nice apartment but there was an awful smell throughout the building. I don't know what it was but it was on every floor and the lobby. Thankfully on the top floor once inside the apartment there was no smell.

There were a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom around the towel rack however I was pleased with the space for our family trip. This place was perfect. Very close and walking distance to lots of things in Georgetown as well as close to public transportation. I’d stay again on a visit. The storage closet was self accessible and made it easy for my family to restock personal goods such as tissue and paper towels. The Sinder was a great stay for my family.

Beautiful accommodations – spacious. We Waited in lobby for around 30 minutes to get our key code Sent to our email. After getting upstairs to the room, the code didn’t work – we had to call back for help. Room was very nice – – if not for the fact that there was no hot water in the shower or In the kitchen for that matter. We ran it for about 20 to 25 minutes. Still no hot water. After a long day of travel we didn’t have any choice but to take a cold shower before heading to the airport
