Long wait.
I had to wait an hour and a half to check in. Staff told me to wait in the dining area and then Staff forgot that I was waiting and gave rooms to guests who arrived after me. No updates were giving as to when a room would be available. I had to ask staff to remind them I was still here.

Never stayed @ hotel where rooms weren’t cleaned daily. Free breakfast never received the one & only time we went most of food was gone…went to complain @ front desk said he couldn’t find person that was in charge of food.. told us come back later!!! This will be last time I stay there & I’ll be sure to let friends & others about our experience.

The firrst room I tried had a problem with the entry lock and the electronic key would not open the door. The second room had no microwave or coffee pot. The elevator was added outside of hotel walls and was not acessable from inside the hotel on the bottom floor. you had to go outside the hotel to catch the elevator to floors 2-3. It had no air conditioning so was very hot in the afternoon. Ice makers on floor 2-3 were out of order or more likely turned off so you has to take the elevator down which left you outside, then use your electronic key to enter the hotel and get ice, then go outside and use your key again to get into the elevator ti=o go to floors 2-3. The breakfast was skimpy. I ate at McDonalds down the street.
