a lot of noise in the corridor. people (a group of young people from london) smoked ester pipe. it appears that the staff did not have control over such incidents.

10/10 Exceptional

I have been visiting Marrakesh for the last 20 years and have been staying at this lovely welcoming and friendly hotel for all that time. I always have a very pleasant stay here. The lobby area is beautifully designed, as are the very relaxing and stunningly landscaped gardens and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and functional with a very appreciated balcony. The dining experience is of a high standard with Sherif at the helm to ensure all runs very smoothly and your requests are accommodated. The staff and management all work hard for their visitors and there is a family ethos to the way the hotel is run and how they all treat each other and their visitors in turn. This hotel accommodates groups, families and single travellers equally which is quite rare in Morocco and again an indication of the care and consideration the staff show their visitors making you feel valued and appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all and will continue to support them if I am lucky enough to be able to book a room as due to the facilities and location this hotel is always in demand. Job well done.

You get what you pay for.
Very nice and helpful reception/concierge. However the room was dirty. Hair on the ground and in the sink. Dust balls on the pillows/sheets and some stains on the throw blanket...

Dirty room
The hotel check in is very slow, the bed linen is very dirty, only shampoo and shower gel in hotel, limited amenities. Only one towel in the room, staff didn’t understand English... umm also no kettle and no bottle of water, please prepare for yourself, and I don’t think it’s a 4 stars hotel.

This was a lower cost hotel, but convenient to shops, restaurants. You could walk anywhere. The restaurants advertised were never open when we wanted. They do buffets for the large groups that are there. Pool was awesome. Fridge in room gave us snack and drink options. I would stay here again.

Avoid
The first room we were given was filthy, was given another room, was better, but standards of cleanliness are not great, hotel is very dated and needs a good make over, bedding was very old and worn, breakfast was probably the worst I've seen in an hotel, choice was limited & they seem to run out of the basics constantly ie cups spoons butter etc, towels were removed every morning while we were at breakfast & were not replaced till afternoon so you couldn't wash/shower if you wanted to, our bed was stripped as soon as we went for breakfast on checkout day even though we wasn't leaving the room for another 4 hours! Would definitely not stay here again.

Very bad hotel
Very bad experience will never stay in that hotel again in my life, rude staff, dirty and extremely noisy rooms, night club music will never let you sleep, I don't understand why is the night club open every single night, you will hear everything from next door rooms, 4 star hotel is a joke stay far away breakfast is so so bad don't get cheated by included breakfast security staff will look at you that you have done something wrong and staff looks always angry,.
