Customer service was excellent. Very friendly. Older hotel going through renovations. Renovations are really looking nice. Pool was out of service, but I had no plans to swim. Breakfast was good but on the sparse side. Air condition worked fabulously. No holding fee which was wonderful.

Great stay! The hotel was conveniently close to Savannah airport, with plenty of excellent restaurant/shopping options nearby. The staff was professional and courteous and the room was clean, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a smooth stay. Would definitely recommend!

The Staff was friendly but 1 of our pillows had a very bad smell. Our window View was a yellow caution tape with a green pool. The breakfast area furniture chairs are all torn up very worn out. This hotels needs some TLC .

This is a nice property and although the room was very clean, it needed to be vacuumed. The hall also needed to be vacuumed. It’s been recently renovated and could be an outstanding hotel. My marks are based on 3 thjngs. The vacuuming, the “Fire Watch” sign at the door when we arrived explaining the property did not have a proper sprinkler system, and the 2 person staff who checked us in who clearly have not been trained to greet customers and communicate in any fashion.
