The hotel was clean, and the location was fantastic. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Saleem, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-designed and offer great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Ibis that is worth the money paid
An Ibis is an Ibis is an Ibis, no matter where in the world. This hotel was clean, but the room and bathroom are very small, just like every other Ibis. The view from the window was of the other part of the same building since it forms a V. This property also operates as an Adagio. The location is kind of far (but not that far) from points of interest. I was able to manage getting around town with Uber services. It is worth the money!

The hotel can be located using the metro then the free shuttle bus303. The food in the hotel half board is nice enough, but very repetitive. You can eat out better for the same price. The bed is a bit hard. The room is fine. The silicone in the sink and shower area needs replaced and on arrival my toilet seat was broken. The pool is fine, but gets no sun. The gym is pretty good but 12-3pm is female only and never any females in at this time. Bit pointless.

Excellent service and front desk reception personnel. Great room, new build, spotless clean. Only downside was the lack of air, windows don't open and AC a bit noisy, when turned off you feel lack of air.

Extremely clean and welcoming hotel. Was checked in by a lovely lady on Friday evening who was helpful. Metro is about 10-15 minutes walk away and gives you access to Doha and Lusails. The hotel is ideally situated with loads of food places close by and food market within a 5 minute walk. Swimming pool is ideally shaded and the bar on the ground floor is a great added feature. Wifi is reliable and strong.

The rooms are too tiny, but they look like new. The restuarant food was good thank you Priant (Nepal), the front desk was amazing... she knew Spanish, French, English and Arabic!!!

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff, location so-so
The hotel condition and customer services are great. House keeper keeps the room pretty clean. The only negative feedbacks were renovation at some rooms or some floor result in quite strong chemical smell in the corridor and occasionally drilling, hammering noise. Also the pool is under repair. [stayed 3rd April - 15th April, 2023)

Stay ,breakfast was Good but the Air conditioner in room used to switch to 25 degrees unknowingly even though the temp was set to 21C and i use to get up to set it again. There was always some drops of water dripping inside the washroom from the damper access . The table for keeping bag is too small and hardly used.

The rooms are tiny! The hotel is overpriced! We had no pressure in the shower, felt like someone was peeing on you. Water temp was either scorching hot or freezing cold-no in-between. Its a good looking property but does not deliver :( i expected more for CAD77 a night. The first night our air conditioning kept bumping up to 23* and we kept waking up in a pool of sweat. 2nd night the temp stayed at our setting so at-least we got some sleep. Location is great! Centrally located and just a few mins to metro/sights to see. We changed hotels and moved to a different one for day 3 onwards.
