This was such a great stay for my family. The hotel staff was amazing. They were helpful, kind, and efficient. The breakfast was incredible! Room was plenty large enough for my family of 4. It was very clean too. There was so much to do on the property. Our first night we sat out front in the biergarten and enjoyed burgers and beers. Sitting out on our balcony enjoying my morning coffee watching a train roll across the huge bridge behind the property was an amazing way to start my day. My kids loved hiking to the waterfall on the trail just behind the hotel. There are several trails to hike there. There are two really cool shops on the property and some other neat things that you’ll just have to discover for yourself. There are also two great towns about 30-45 minutes drive from Hofgut Sternen, Freiburg and Triberg. I’m almost sad that our trip to Germany started with this hotel as I’m afraid that the others we have booked might not live up to the experience we had here. Thank you Hofgut Sternen for getting our Germany vacation off to an amazing start.

Een grote kamer beloofd met kingsize bed, een kamer met een deuropening hoogte van 170cm kop stoten vele malen, schuine betimmering gewoon MOEILIJK IN EN UIT BED KOMEN ik ben bijna 70. 5 minuten wachten voor je een tafel gewezen werd. En dat vraagd 170 euro per nacht!!!

Nicht unser Gescmack
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer "De Luxe" im Haupthaus auf der zweiten Etage. Man hört dort alles, jedes Husten Türenknallen, Leeren der Küchenabfälle am Abend spät... Dazu kam die etwas schiefe Matratze die eine Delle hatte an der Stelle wo viele Gäste nach dem Aufstehen verweilt sind. Außerdem finde ich die ganze Sache zu touristisch, Busladungen voll mit Menschen kommen und gehen...nicht mein Geschmack.
