One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because the booking site said it has a 24 hour reception desk - it doesn't! It has an out of hours automatic check in machine at the entrance - but this was out of order when I arrived. A note on the door gave a phone number to contact, which I did, and was given the entry code, which had been emailed to me THAT DAY. I was travelling during the day and did not have access to my emails - an email one day before my arrival, and/or a message to my phone, would have been more appropriate.
The room was comfortable but the next day I discovered that I had suffered a number of bites from bed bugs - more than 40, in fact. I had to buy a fumigant to spray my luggage, car, etc and cream to treat the bites. I trust this information will be passed on to the hotel management and the problem dealt with.
The man who provided the entry code by phone and was on the reception desk the following morning was very pleasant but unfortunately because of the problems I experienced, my stay was not enjoyable.
