Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia.

Il piccolo hotel è carino, forse un po'datato, ma pulito e confortevole. La colazione molto buona e il servizio perfetto. Se vi piace l'archeologia, il proprietario è un appassionato ed ha allestito un piccolo museo di reperti etruschi, veramente affascinante.
