Polite and friendly member of staff. We arrived about an hour early, and were given access to the room straight away. The room suited us well for one night. Beds were comfortable, the room was warm, and towels were provided. There was an en suite toilet with shower. The shower was powerful, however, water didn't drain freely from the tray so sadly there was an overflow of water.

Large comfortable rooms separate from the pub itself, so nice and quiet. Separate entrance from car park useful. Well stocked with tea and coffee and good sized TV. Staff helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices and only 15 minute walk to town centre. Only issue with our room was sick was cracked and leaked if filled.

We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though.

The hotel was all on the ground floor which is excellent for elderly guests and easy to load the bags off. Parking was spacious. The staff at check-in were also lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the window opens up to a small field which was pleasant. Bathroom was a little small but not a problem at all.
