The check-in process was slow (like YouTubers commented 4 years ago). I arrived at 3pm sharp but the room wasn't ready at all... and I had to wait for an hour to get my hotel keycard. Also, the hotel charged me HKD2 more for HAT. The staff explained that it was Hotels.com's fault after review. Room cleaniness wasn't up to standard (this is a 4-star hotel..) Free upgrade was mainly served for Mainland China visitors as we could get the reward only if we joined their membership via WeChat. This was totally unfair for foreigners as they seemingly had special privilege/service. Overall, the hotel was not recommended.
