Kinda of off the beaten path and sets back from main streets and can be a bit hard to find at first. Quite a way from the Tokyo train terminal and a 10 min walk to closets train station. This was one of only two taxis we took during our 14 days stay in Japan instead of carrying luggage the distance etc.

The weirdest thing about this property was that it was in an alley. The staff were extremely nice and professional. The room was very small, and the ceilings are pretty low--maybe 7.5 feet. If you're tall or have issues with being in very close quarters, this is probably not the room for you. However, we were there for 5 days, and we really didn't have any complaints--we weren't there to hang out in the room. The nicest thing, though, was that we were withing 5-10 minutes from 3 or 4 subway stations, AND the neighborhood was VERY quiet, since the hotel was situated in the area of a bunch of office buildings. I really didn't have any complaints except that the room was incredibly small.

The hotel is located very well, but that is it's only advantage. The staff was not prepared and they confused our rooms, they accommodated two people in a single room and one person in double room! The breakfast is horrible, there is literally nothing else than dry rice and a little curry soup. The hotel has bad air conditioning and everything smells of curry. The rooms were ok, otherwise, excluding the heavy air.
