Set right on beautiful kolios beach
Just returned from a weeks stay at kolios beach studios. Basic room but with amazing sea views. Air con is paid at local rate and actually worked very well. Lovely restaurants within walking distance would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and uncomfortable
Got mixed feelings about Kolios Beach Seaview Studios. As the name says, these are apartments and not a hotel. The description on Hotels.com failed at times, as there was no terrace and wifi was not readily available. No breakfast. In short, you get what you pay for. It is quite a bargain for a great view and location, and there is about same quantity of bad and good facts about the place. The cons: the towels looked and felt exactly like sand paper - they were old, stinky, browned and hard; our room had absolutely no hot water for 3 out of 4 days of our stay; no breakfast; bathroom is leaky; beds are uncomfortable; had to insist for wifi. Pros: fantastic view to the beach; great location, literally on the beach and steps from bus stop 15; two adjacent restaurants with great food; no charge for the sun beds and umbrella at Kolios Beach, room was spacious.

Kolios last minute
We booked everything very last minute the day before. The island is fantastic with great beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was not quite as expected initially but was rectified. It is only a few steps from a nice beach.

Vi blev bedt maile hvornår vi ville ankomme men fik intet svar retur. Det var vi blevet gjort opmærksom på kunne ske og skulle så ringe til et opgivet tlf. Nr !! Ved ankoms måtte vi spørge, på en restaurant, om de vidste hvor vi skulle hente nøgle til vores lejebolig. Vi blev henvist til et sted vi kunne forsøge henvende os. Vi var heldige og nøgleudleverer bekræftede at de ventede os. Vi bestilte i Januar 19 og havde forventning om pool, fra billeder, men den var blevet fyldt med jord. Nye billeder viser ike denne pool men det var en skuffelse.

Laut, aber gute Lage
positiv: - Studio hat eine gute Lage (Supermarkt in der Nähe, gutes Restaurant auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, netter Strand gleich vor dem Haus) - Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren sehr freundlich und bemüht - Studio ist sauber, geräumig und hat Balkon mit Meerblick negativ: - es ist sehr abgewohnt und das Badezimmer (für mich persönlich) eine Überwindung duschen zu gehen - es war unerträglich laut: zum einen wegen dem Lokal das direkt unter dem Balkon ist und bis spät in die Nacht hinein griechischen Schlager spielt, als auch wegen dem Straßenlärm (trotz geschlossener Türen und Fenster) Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, das war ok. Eine weitere Nacht hätten wir nicht dort verbringen wollen.

Ordentliche Studios in hervorragender Strandlage
Der erste Eindruck von der Fassade zur Straße hin wirkt zu Beginn etwas alt. Aber man hat ja auch nicht das Hilton gebucht, von daher hatten wir uns schon darauf eingestellt. Vom alter des Gebäudes abgesehen, war das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, gut eingerichtete Kochnische, großes und helles Zimmer, wundervoller Blick auf den Strand von Kolios. Auch das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei.

Stille og rolig helt nærme havet
Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved havet. Enkelt å komme seg til Skiathos sentrum med lokalbuss eller taxi. Et fredfylt område som passer godt dersom man er ute etter en fin strand med få mennesker. Helt grei leilighet, men muligheter for tilberedning av enkel frokost/ lunsj. Daglig vask av leilighet, hyggelig betjening, men veldig enkel standard. 2 stjerners.
