Complaint Regarding Unclean Room and Poor Service
Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room I booked through your service. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom, living room, and kitchen to be extremely dirty. Additionally, there were ants in the room, and the floors in both the bathroom and living room had clearly not been cleaned. To make matters worse, someone had left a pair of pants in the bathroom, which was truly awful.
I reported these issues to the hotel staff, but they did not seem to care about our concerns. Despite my complaints, no action was taken to address the cleanliness of the room. This experience has been very disappointing, and it feels like a waste of money. We did not enjoy our stay at all due to the lack of care and attention from the hotel staff.
I am requesting a response and appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience. It is unacceptable for guests to be treated this way, and I hope that Hotels.com will take this matter seriously.
