The room i stayed needs to be fully renovated, its on the 1st floor above the restaurant and its very noise from the patrons who are attending the restaurant, maybe better option would be to make that room a storage room than a guest room, there are no solution to make it more quitter

Great Stay
Decent location approximately 10 minute walk from the centre. Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff. A little difficult if you have mobility issues as there was no lift. Other than that a great stay for a few days, would definitely stay again.

Staff were all very friendly. Great location a few steps from city center. Only issue I had was the ac . Not sure if it was my fault, but it wasn’t cooling properly and it was a very hot weekend. Room was large and facing a road with heavy traffic. A bit noisy . But location wise and room size made it up,

Nice small hotel bit out of the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks very much to Jelena and Snezana from the reception for the great advices and the help. Also a big thanks to the lady from the kitchen who made a very tasty breakfast and was very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet was super with a good variety of international and local food. The room was very nice, spacey, well furnished and very clean. I enjoyed much my stay at the hotel and would come again.

The hotel is very well appointed and staff were great BUT it is next to a very busy main road with no double glazing. Consequently it’s difficult to get to sleep.

Mehhhh!
In general, the place is OK. I would not stay again. I’m gonna assume the guy who sits in the office is the owner, he doesn’t really have much of a way of explaining things you basically just come in and go to the room. He didn’t talk much, he couldn’t maybe, but he was making any effort either so, they have a lot to learn as far as hospitality is concerned. We managed everything except the water heater had to switch that you needed to keep on, we didn’t know that so we came from the beach and water was cold. We couldn’t take shower for hours because water heater was turned down by My Daughter accidentally. I wish we would’ve known how that part worked. In addition to that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I got a back pain and day two. Parking option is good, but I didn’t know we were supposed to pay for it. She also didn’t explain how much we had to pay basically told me I owe him €70 when I was about to check out.

Not suitable accomodation
Only positive thing was that staff in the reception arrange us a new hotel (Hotel Holiday) from a near by. The Keto Hotel is old and ugly. But most importantly room that was assigned to us was leaking from several places. The floor carpet was wet and ceiling had a multiple places from where water was leaking all the time. I went to the reception who arranged a hotel near by for us. Hotel Holiday which was much better. Thank you ms. reception on 26th of SEP 2022 evening for your cooperation and understanding. Good customer service in a hopeless situation.
