We liked the hotel very much. There are a lot of options in Sharm and we picked this one because the price was great, and we didn't get disappointed.
Most of the staff members are very helpful, some are more efficient than others, but at the end, the job gets done. We had a couple of problems with the room, but they were fixed promptly and effectively.
We stayed 3 nights with half board, but at the end we were thinking we should've bought the all-inclusive option. You can also buy the lunch separately and the price is very affordable compared to other restaurants in Sharm. We thought the food at the restaurant was great.
I bought the VIP massage for my wife and she didn't find it great compared to other massages she's had before, but the price was good. (I thought it was kinda expensive for Egypt)
The hotel has a tour office and the prices are competitive, but we bought most of our tours from another tour office nearby.
Hotel is in a quiet section of Naama Bay, but it's only short walk from the restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were actually able to get some rest in this hotel because of this... no mosques around, no bars around, and they turn off the pool music around 10pm, so that was great.
If we ever have the chance to go back to Sharm (there are a few things we didn't do because of time), we would definitely consider this hotel again. Great price, great food, good rooms.
