​​The space itself is clean and the capsule is quite comfortable. However, the experience was completely ruined by the terrible management and the staff's lack of preparation. ​By mistake, we left our keycard inside the capsule and got locked out. To make matters worse, our phones and important documents were inside the capsule, leaving us completely helpless and unable to do anything. ​The security guard on duty had no training or autonomy to solve the issue, and the hotel surprisingly does not have an emergency master card to open the doors. The guard tried to contact the hotel manager/management several times, but nobody answered the phone. ​As a result, we were left completely stranded all night. The only "solution" they offered was for us to stay awake until 7:00 AM, waiting for the cleaning staff to arrive and open the door for us. It is unacceptable for an accommodation not to have a contingency plan or a manager available to solve such a common and simple problem. I do not recommend it due to the terrible customer service.

Stains on the sheets. Ac was broken so it was around 35C in the capsule and we had to sleep with the door open. Everything was wet including our towels. And there was a group of people that made noise the whole night. We didnt even get a duvet instead we got a blanket.

I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia refunded me the total value, which pretty much says everything. Very shady business, stay away.

Here’s a polished review-style rewrite: I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the person handling check-in wasn’t even in the building, and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get inside. There are over 30 capsules, but only two small showers and one bathroom for everyone, which is completely inadequate. The capsule itself was tiny and made noise every time I moved, making it impossible to rest. I would never stay here again.

Reservamos este lugar porque aparecía en las búsquedas como una opción cercana al aeropuerto y porque queríamos vivir la experiencia de dormir en un hotel cápsula, similar a los de Japón. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Lo primero es que el lugar no queda realmente cerca del aeropuerto ni bien conectado. No hay estaciones de metro cercanas y el trayecto en Uber desde el aeropuerto nos costó alrededor de 70 euros. Por esta razón, sentimos que la ubicación puede inducir a error a quienes reservan pensando que es una alternativa práctica para pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto. Las cápsulas son de plástico y el aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente: se escucha con total claridad todo lo que ocurre en las demás cápsulas. Además, no cuentan con aire acondicionado, lo cual hace que la estancia sea incómoda. Aunque las luces internas pueden cambiar de color, no son adecuadas para leer. También hay puntos para cargar el teléfono, pero la carga fue extremadamente lenta: durante toda la noche mi móvil apenas cargó un 15%. Nos asignaron una cápsula en el segundo piso y no había ascensor, algo importante para personas con maletas o movilidad reducida. Adicionalmente, el lugar no está bien señalizado y el nombre no es visible fácilmente desde la calle, lo que dificulta encontrarlo. Otro punto muy negativo fue la diferencia de precio. Reservamos a través de Hoteles.com y pagamos una tarifa muchísimo más alta que otra persona que llegó al mismo tiempo

Er was geen personeel, terwijl ze wel zeiden dat ze open waren van 8 uur tot 2 uur. Het was niet heel proper. Zeer luidruchtige klanten waardoor slapen zeer moeilijk was. Namelijk geen isolatie (normaal in capsules wel) en geen personeel om te helpen. Ik kom niet terug.
