After over a week of traveling, it was great to have accessible laundry. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was a party in the room next door, which was inconvenient - but it was Saturday night and it did end at 11. Major inconvenience was having to stop at the desk each day because the keys were not properly setup to work 3 consecutive days.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. It was built 6 months ago so it is still brand new. It was great having a little sofa and kitchenette in the room. The only thing the room didn’t have was a hair dryer. But thankfully I packed my own. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I called the night before I arrived to ask for a late check in and they said it would be no problem at all. I arrived at 11pm and it was an easy check in process with no hassle. There is no restaurant on site but there is a tiny little store that sells snacks, beverages and some frozen food. But the items are very expensive. You’re better off packing your own stuff to heat up in the room. Not much around the area, but I was in town for my daughter’s open house at RIT. The drive to RIT was about 12 minutes and it was about 8 miles away. Very convenient and I would definitely stay here again if my daughter ends up going to RIT.
