Esta ubicada en el centro de Bernal y las recamaras que dan a la calle, sufren de bastante ruido por las noches, el sábado por la noche fue insoportable, ya que en la calle estuvieron bebiendo y con el volumen del sonido altísimo, no pudimos descansar. El drenaje de la regadera del cuarto estaba tapada y despedía un olor muy desagradable el cuarto no contaba con chapa de seguridad en general muy mala experiencia. Un hotel no recomendable

Excelente servicio, el personal es muy amable y atento, pero la verdad esperaba más. No había agua caliente, al parecer hubo problemas con el boiler pero el caso es que un día tuve que bañarme con agua fría. El hotel está en el primer piso y no hay elevador, así que no lo recomiendo si llevan personas mayores o con problemas para subir escaleras.

Mi habitación muy buena y linda, pero una de las habitaciones si está diferente al resto, le toco a unos familiares y si trabajaría en dejarlas todas iguales porque no me gustaría que me tocara la habitación viejita. El piso de la entrada es el piso más resbaloso que he visto en mi vida y llovió mucho el fin y Mafi secaba el piso de las escaleras y estaba súper peligroso
