Very dirty hotel, bad ambience! I booked a twin room but got double bed room with queen’s bed. When asked about changing room, I was told they don’t have and other rooms have pests like roaches. Extremely bad

First of all, I was unable to stay there because I was not informed that they could not host foreign travelers! Which the staff very rudely informed me. So I was left standing alone in a sketchy neighborhood, trying to get a taxi, with naked men walking by wearing only a towel.
