2/10 Poor

The elite is different and i didn’t get the same, which i was booked and when i raised the complaint. I have got no response. And the receptionist was very rude, he didn’t even able ti listen my concern. And said this is the only room You will get it. Which is wrong, i had paid for elite room which was a big room and didn’t get the same room. So if you are considering this option please make sure that you are going to get the same room.
