Terrible. No funcionaba el clima y eso que lleva 6 meses que lo inauguraron. Me fué imposible dormir, estaba intentando descansar aunque el cuarto no tenía ni oxigeno porque no circulaba el aire. Mandaron a un tecnico a las 2.30am y dijo que ya había quedado, solo para que 45 min después me cambiaran a otra habitacion que tenia el mismo problema. Aparentemente el sistema AC de todo el edificio (nuevo!) no funciona!!! Aunque les agradezco por devolverme parcialmente lo que pagué y por el desayuno…. Pero no dormí casi nada!!!

El trato súper bien la gente se esmera para dar un mejor servicio al final es su trabajo dentro del hotel pero tienen un valet par king de lo peor un trato pésimo yo llegué el 24 de abril viernes aproximadamente eran las 8 de la noche y al meter mi camioneta al estacionamiento el señor del valet me afrentó muy bravo el señor con un jeep de un huésped cuando llegué a mover la camioneta me indicaron que tenía que avisar a la caseta para que me ebirera la pluma cuando regrese el jepp estaba detrás de mí y este señor comenzó a tocar el claxon sin control agresivo cuando estuvimos solos en el estacionamiento y me encaró le dije no vuelva hacer ud eso por qué puede ocacionar un problema pues le valió y me retó yo guardé la prudencia estaba mi hija y mi esposa y no las iba a poner en riesgo hubo una señorita de nombre Alexandra creo ella se dio cuenta de la actitud de este señor lo platicamos me pidió ella una disculpa ella le indicó a este señor se fuera a su lugar el señor decía que yo le había mentado la madre le dije tuviera valor de no ser tan mentiroso lamento esta situación quien visite este bonito hotel tengan cuidado con este elemento y se dieron cuenta cómo maneja los autos en fin

En la página hay fotos de alberca y no tiene si quieres puedes usar la del hotel de junto pero tienes que notificar para que te tramiten el acceso, el contenedores de shampooy jabón de la regadera están pegados se me cayeron en los pies mientras me bañaba. La ubicación no es mala pero no hay muchas cosas cerca.
