Parking was easy and safe, it did get very busy Sunday night and the handicap spots got filled, but the parking lot is level and we didn't need to walk far. I didn't have much interaction with staff but they were pleasant when I did. Our room was small but clean, my wife and I were at a conference in the area and so just needed a place to sleep and shower. The only negative I would give is there was only one chair, but I would definitely stay there again.

We booked and received a handicapped room. The room was spacious with lots of wasted space. The bathroom was large enough for 2 wheelchairs. The issue was, there were NO Chairs in the room, only 2 foot stools. That caused us to hang out at a local restaurant just so my husband could sit and relax. The breakfast area had picnics tables! The designer of this hotel should never be allowed to do the design for handicapped.

Great person at the front desk. The parking lot on the other hand is extremely dangerous. Yes, there is a snow storm, but there should be someone on staff to shovel a safe path for guests. Terrible! And the entrance to the hotel was COMPLETELY blocked by snow. More snow removal is needed. 100% DANGEROUS

From what I understand, this is a new facility and some aspects have to be improved. There was no cup/glass in the room and had to go downstairs get a carton one. And the water pressure was so low in the shower that I couldn't even take one.

The towels smelt like plastic so we weren’t able to use them upon coming out of the shower. Our room didn’t have any cups in it for water. We were double charged for the $100 deposit at the beginning, and charged without notice for late checkout even though I confirmed on 3 separate occasions with the staff about the late checkout request. Even after all of the confirmations, we were disturbed by a phone call at 11am telling us it was time to checkout. We will be needing to make phone calls with Hilton customer service to have those charges refunded.

I would never stay here again. While the building was renovated recently… that doesn’t change how old the building is. Our first night we were all (including our toddler) woken up after midnight by the guests upstairs - loud footsteps and doors opening/closing for over an hour. The next morning I told the front desk we needed to be moved to the 4th (top) floor so there would be nobody above us. I asked if this happened often and he said, “we mostly get noise complaints about rooms next to eachother, not above.” Sure enough, the next night in our new room, we were woken up at 3:00AM by the TV in the room next door. I called the front desk and told them they needed to immediately tell that guest to turn their TV volume down. They did but it took us a while to fall back to sleep. Additionally, the sheets are microfiber/polyester and feel SO CHEAP. Also, the beds were advertised as QUEENS…. they 100% were Full beds which is problematic depending on the sizes of your family members - and false advertising. And the tissues in both rooms, my husband and I started calling “sandpaper”. The toilet paper was less painful to blow your nose with than their tissues. Importantly, there is *NO MICROWAVE*, which was also an issue for us. This hotel is basically an old hotel with a surface-level facelift and was a complete waste of money - we left tired, frustrated, and will be seeking at least 1 comped night from Hilton.
