Nice room, as advertised and very clean. Unfortunately, it sounded like we were near a race track as very loud cars were driving up and down the area roads from 8pm until 2am. Did not make for a restful sleep to be sure

The rooms were nice but had some noise issues with neighbors and we requesrd to move rooms and were accommodated to another room on another floor. The staff are great. We weren't aware that certain types of pans were needed to use the stovetop and they don't have the kits right now for guests to rent/borrow so we couldn't use the stove. This was unfortunate as that was the whole reason we booked an extended stay. There could be signage as well when you turn in to better identify the front door/lobby.

This is a bare bones economical option for somewhere to stay when a lot of amenities are not needed. No room service unless requested. Haven’t get your own towels, toilet paper. They have Kitchenettes int eh room but you have to purchase pans from hotel to cook cause they’re induction pans. $40 for that. The biggest thing was we found that there were families living in these hotel rooms. Sad but true. So it’s a different clientele so to speak than a normal hotel we are use to. We don’t have a lot of options in choosing hotels in the area as we were there handling hail claims for insurance and all hotels were booked by other roofers, ins co, auto repair companies, tow truck drivers and so forth. Beds were decent. Showers were good pressure. This was a new hotel as well. Interesting to see how it is in a few years.

Rooms are clean & okay but the older blonde lady is so rude,You would think you would have someone working the front desk that would like to make peoples stay more comfortable & pleasant that away they would choose ur hotel again in the future,That lady is straight Rude, disrespectful & Trys to make peoples stays as horrible as she can & when she accomplish that she gets a huge sick smile on her face getting like that just made her day!!! Then when asked to speak with a manager about the situation you can never get to dream manager because she says every time someone has a complaint that her managers in meetings all day!!!

The staff demeanor was terrible. While the room itself looked nice, there were several issues. There was only one mirror in the entire room (in the bathroom), the refrigerator wasn’t even turned on, and the TV kept glitching all night — turning off and on repeatedly.To make matters worse, I accidentally locked my key in the room when I stepped out with just my purse and had to go back for my phone. When I returned to the front desk, despite having verification and proof that everything was in my room, the staff member still charged me $10 for a replacement key. The lack of understanding and customer service was very disappointing.
Hopefully in the future, the staff can get on one accord and choose people over policy. I understand that policies have to be in place, but customer service should matter more than anything.Overall, the experience did not match the standard I expected.
