Location was great, walking distance from everything. One negative thing though, when I say walking distance to everything, that also means that you have to walk to the fourth floor with your luggage (I did it twice to help two Korean ladies with waaaay to heavy bags that they couldn’t carry up the stairs).
Anyway, Leticia was very helpful during the check in process, as well as every time if there was anything that we needed.
Room was nice, although quite small as you can expect in an old building. But even with the small area, there was a king size bed, a shower, bathroom and a French balcony (it was a real balcony, but balconies in Lissabon are pretty much the same size as a French balcony).
As said, location was very good. You have restaurants and convenience stores within a couple of minutes walk. The tram 28E (the one that’s goes to the old town and the narrow streets) is just a couple of minutes walk away. Elevator do Castelo is also only a two minute walk away.
