The front desk staff was rude. We were provided one towel per person with no floor mat and wash rags and were denied extra towels. The wifi was so weak there was no internet access. When we asked for someone to come look at our tv, we were told someone would be up shortly, but nobody came. Their website indicated breakfast was included, but we were told you had to book through them directly for the complimentary breakfast, which was never mentioned. The restaurant only micorwaved leftovers, so their food was also disappointing.

Hotel cómodo y tranquilo
Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, tienen aire acondicionado y TV de paga, elevador, el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente y hay transporte a varias partes de la ciudad y taxis a todas horas, comercios para comer, cerca a la estacion de autobuses. El menu del restaurant es bueno y la verdad muy rico, en precios esta casi igual que en los negocios aledaños. Las camas son cómodas al igual que las almohadas. Los controles los tienen sujetos con un cable por lo que no puedes moverlos de lugar, creo que esta bien porque evita que uno los coloque en otros lados y se puedan caer, perder o que se los roben. El clima casi no lo usamos porque estuvo fresco casi todos los dias que estuvimos ahí, y cuando se hizo uso de este, enfrian y funcionan muy bien. Negativo: Tienen wifi pero la señal es debil o a veces se desconecta por lo mismo. Me dio la impresion que todos los dias echan raid en las habitaciones, por lo que a veces al llegar huele un poco, en mi caso abria un poco la ventana y listo. El ultimo dia un par de horas antes de salir si vimos un par de cucarachas chiquitas, los dias anteriores no nos pasó pero explica el olor al llegar a la habitacion. Yo creo salen a traves de las coladeras del baño y pienso se pudiera arreglar si las cambian por las que son antiolor y no permite que ningun bicho salga de ellas. En general pasamos un rato a gusto, tranquilo y cómodo si buscas algo cerca del ADO

Hubo un corte de luz sin aviso
Hubo un corte de energía eléctrica sin previo aviso, ocasionando malestar, mi habitación estaba en el sexto piso y bajar, subir con mi Familia, los cerrojos de puerta eléctricos, fue caotico, además me hicieron un cobro adicional de mi hijo que para ellos los niños de 10 años pasan como Adultos, por lo que me cobraron un cargo adicional de $400.00
