The hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, but it's not. It only includes certain buffet meals and meals around the pool. The restaurants on the property charge extra, which isn't mentioned on the website. I've stayed at other hotels, and I've never encountered an all-inclusive resort that wasn't truly all-inclusive.

Las habitaciones:
Son demasiado antiguas, el baño de la habitación incluso tenía una fuga de agua, no tiene frigobar con bebidas, únicamente dos botellas de agua y un servicio de café que tienen costo, la camas no son cómodas.
El restaurante: la comida es muy rica y tienen variedad sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no es suficiente para el tamaño del restaurante por lo que SIEMPRE estás acalorado.
La alberca: es de buen tamaño y en general está limpia, PERO nunca hay camastros disponibles ya que a pesar de que está prohibido apartarlos, siempre están apartados por la gente que incluso en todo el día no te dejan usarlos los meseros en esta área no son tan atentos.
Snacks: a menos que quieras pasar más de media hora formado para tomar snacks porque no puedes llevarlos a tu camastro y únicamente son para consumir en el restaurante que siempre está lleno.
Te piden un código de vestimenta incluso para el restaurante que está cerca de la playa.
Club de playa: NO EXISTE, llel mar llega prácticamente al hotel y el poco espacio de arena está lleno de vendedores, no hay camastros en la playa.
Los baños están sucios al igual que los pasillos y el elevador siempre está sucio ya que es el mismo que utiliza el personal para subir y bajar la basura y todo lo que usan para sus actividades.
