I didn’t love that there weren’t nightstands or carpet - the gritty floor was annoying. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Pillows too. Outside areas were very nice. Thin walls. Shower curtain too short, got water everywhere and no where to set the shampoo hotties in the shower but on the floor.

Booked an upgraded room. Not given and refused to fix it. Stated the other room was booked. There was no one in that room the entirety of our stay. Now.we.have to fight for the difference in cost to be refunded. There is no one on site
